NOTICE is hereby given that a reserve of One Hundred acres for road purposes has been made on Mr. John Harding\'s Run in the Mohaka Block, so as to include the Tauranga Bush; and that any person or persons in future found cutting or destroying the timber therein will be prosecuted according to law.

has been appointed Sheep Inspector and Registrar of Brands for the Northern District of the Province of Hawke\'s Bay, Appointment to take effect from 1st May, 1860.
