PROCLAMATION.

By THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, in the Islands of New Zealand.

I, THOMAS HENRY FITZGERALD, Superintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, Do HEREBY PROCLAIM and NOTIFY that, at noon on Tuesday, the 3rd day of July next, immediately after the sale of the Township of Blackhead, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to Public Competition, under the provisions of the Land Regulations now in force within this Province, the Suburban Sections within the Township of Porangahau, situate on the North Bank of the Porangahau River; and some Sections of the Agricultural Land lying to the right and left of the main road leading from the said Township to Blackhead, that are referred to in the Schedule hereunto annexed, and at the upset prices mentioned therein.

Dated at Napier, this twenty-third day of May, in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty.
