THE following Tenders for erecting a Dead and Wash House to Napier Hospital; building a Tank; fencing around Hospital; metalling Waghorn Street and Shakespeare Road, are published for general information:—
Tenders Accepted,
Mr. W. Miller—Erecting Dead and Wash House, for the sum of £59 10s.
Mr. Clayton—Building a Tank, for the sum of £80.
Mr. Jas. Swain—Fencing around the Hospital, for the sum of £42.
Messrs. Rose and Powles—Metalling Waghorn Street, for £8 per chain, and Shakespeare Road, for £3 10s. per chain.
Tenders Rejected,
Erecting a Dead and Wash House—Mr. Thomas Kelly, £65; Mr. Thos. Shepherd, £75; Mr. Wm. Hutchinson, £79 6s.
Building a Tank—Mr. G. Clarke, £83; Mr. Oliver, £80 5s.
Fencing around Hospital—Mr. Lorrigan, £47 10s.
Metalling Waghorn Street—Mr. J. Fairweather, £8 10s. per chain.
