1ST COLUMN. 2ND COLUMN.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 roods and 8 perches more or less being part of rural section No. 199 bounded on the south-westward by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 179 on the north-eastward by the Fendall town road one chain wide on the south-eastward by a straight line 16 chains 11 links in length drawn at an angle of 90 deg. 40 min. with the southwestern side of the latter road from a point thereon situate 18 chains 71 links from the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid section No. 199 and on the north-westward by a line parallel to the south-eastern boundary and 50 links distant therefrom and more particularly delineated and described by the plan hereunto annexed and coloured red thereon. All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods and 16 perches more or less being the road dividing sections Nos. 117 and 199 bounded on the north-eastward by the Wairarapa River on the south-westward by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 179 and on the south-eastward by section No. 117 Save and except that portion of the Fendalltown road one chain wide which crosses the above described land and more particularly delineated and described by the plan hereunto annexed and coloured green thereon.
All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 roods and 32 perches more or less being part of rural section No. 199 bounded on the north-eastward by the north-eastern boundary of that section on the south-westward by the Fendall town road one chain wide on the south-eastward by a straight line 16 chains 24 links in length drawn at an angle of 89 deg. 20 min. with the north-eastern side of the said road from a point thereon situate 13 chains 71 links from the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid section No. 199 and on the north-westward by a line parallel to the last described boundary and 50 links distant therefrom and more particularly delineated and described by the plan hereunto annexed and coloured red thereon.

A Bill for an Ordinance intituled “The Diversion of Roads Special Ordinance No. 5, 1875.”

WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand intituled “The Highways and Watercourses Diversion Act 1858” it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Superintendent of any Province with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof by any Law or Ordinance to be made or ordained for that purpose to authorise and empower the Superintendent to divert or stop up any
