19th clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:

No. 1264A, (in red)—Nineteen acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the eastward by Burke’s Pass Road, on the southward by a line in continuation of the northern side of the road forming the northern boundary of section 6285, on the westward by section 13695, on the northward by a line at right angles to the aforesaid road, so as to contain the above quantity.—For Police Purposes.

No. 1852, (in red). One rood and sixteen perches, more or less, being section No. 1 in the Town of Bealey, bounded on the northward by the northern boundary of the said Township; on the southward by Albion Street, on the westward by the West Coast Road, and on the eastward by St. George’s Terrace.—For Police Purposes.

No. 1860 (in red)—Nine acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, bounded on the south-westward by the Oxford and Ohoka road; on the north-eastward by section No. 8816; and on the south-eastward by the road forming the south-eastern boundary thereof.—For Gravel Pit.

No. 1861 (in red)—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Town of Waimate, commencing at a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of section 997, and distant 28 chains from the southernmost corner thereof; thence north-westerly at a right angle to the said line and boundary a distance of 5 chains, and extending south-westerly at right angles, having a depth of 7 chains 50 links on the north-western, and 12 chains 50 links on the south-western boundaries respectively, being bounded on the south-west by the Waimate Creek.—Site for Hospital.

No. 1862 (in red)—122 acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the south-eastward by Reserve No. 389 (in red); on the north-eastward by the river Orari; on the south-westward by the road forming the south-western boundary of Reserve 1064 (in red); on the westward by the road forming the eastern boundary of section 19,989; and on the northward by a line at right angles to the last mentioned road, so as to contain the above quantity.—For Planting purposes.

No. 1863 (in red)—Nine acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the northward by Section No. 19423, on the westward by the high bank of the Orari River, and on the eastward and southward by the Road leading to the new bridge over the aforesaid River.—For Orari Bridge Works (North Bank).

No. 1864 (in red)—Five acres more or less, situate in the Oxford District, having five chains frontage to the Road forming the northern boundary of Section 12294, and running back northerly 10 chains in a rectangular block east of and adjoining Section 12293.—For a Gravel Pit.

No. 1865 (in red)—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, having five chains frontage to the Carleton Road, and running back south-easterly 10 chains in a rectangular block south-west of and adjoining Section No. 14350.—For a Gravel Pit. Note.—The above-described land forms part of I.P.R.C. on Run No. 223, Class 2.

No. 1866 (in red)—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, bounded on the north-westward by the Road forming the north-western boundary of Section 22416, on the southward by the Road forming the southern boundary of the same section, and on the north-eastward by a line at right angles to the first-mentioned Road so as to contain the above quantity.—For a Gravel Pit.

No. 1867 (in red)—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Oxford District, bounded on the north-westward by Reserve No. 1081 (in red), on the southward by the continuation of the Road forming the southern boundary of Section 22456, on the northward by a line parallel to the southern boundary and 10 chains distant therefrom, and on the eastward by a line at right angles to the aforesaid road so as to contain the above quantity.—For a Gravel Pit.
