AKAROA AND WAINUI ROAD BOARD.

NOTICE.

TO LUKE PERHAM, AND OTHERS.

Plans and Specifications for the Construction of that portion of the new Wainui Road line, which is laid out through section 334, the property of Mr. Luke Perham, in French Farm Bay, are deposited for inspection at the office of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, Akaroa.

All objections to the construction of that portion of the New Wainui Road line, which is laid out through section 334, as referred to above, must be set forth in writing, addressed to the Chairman, and deposited at the office of the Akaroa and Wainui Road Board, Akaroa,

His Honor the Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, temporarily, under the provisions of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:

No. 1906 (in red).—Twenty-five acres, more or less, situate in the Ashburton District (Upper Ashburton Road District), bounded on the southward by section 18860, on the eastward by the road east of that section, on the westward by the north branch of the River Ashburton, and on the northward by the road south-west of reserve 1406 (in red).—For Provincial Government purposes. N.B.—The above-described land is within the limits of H.P.R., on run 99.

No. 1914 (in red).—Five acres, in the Malvern District (South Malvern Road District), bounded on the southward by the road north of section 22171, on the eastward and westward by parallel lines 5 chains apart, and on the northward by a line 10 chains distant on the average from the southern boundary, the eastern boundary being 1 ¼ chains west of the western boundary of section 22170.—For Gravel Reserve. The above land is within I.P.R.H., on run 41.
