SALE OF TOWN AND RURAL LANDS.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has fixed WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of March, 1874, at Eleven o'clock in the Forenoon, at a Sitting of the Waste Lands Board, in the Land Office, at Christchurch, as the time and place when a Sale by Auction of Town and Rural Land shall take place, in accordance with Clause 24 and Clause 35 of the Waste Lands Regulations, and Clause 8 of "The Canterbury Waste Lands Act, 1873," subject to the usual conditions of sale, and in conformity with the regulations for the disposal, letting, and occupation of the Waste Lands of the Crown now in force within the Province of Canterbury.
Applications will be received by the Waste Lands Board on and up to MONDAY, the 2nd day of March, 1874.
