Country road. For Planting pur-
poses.

No. 1843 (in red). One hundred acres,
more or less, situate in the Timaru
District; bounded on the eastward
by the river Tengawai, on the north-
ward by Reserve 1695 (in red); and
also by a line in continuation of its
northern boundary; on the westward
by the McKenzie Country Road, and
also by the aforesaid Reserve, and on
the southward by a line at right
angles to said road, so as to include
the above quantity. For Planting
purposes.

No. 1844 (in red). One hundred and
thirty-four acres, more or less, situate
in the Timaru District; being all that
piece of land lying between the
McKenzie Country Road and the
deviation thereof, recently surveyed
north of Ross' Creek. For Planting
purposes.

No. 1845 (in red). Three hundred and
sixty-six acres, more or less, situate
in the Timaru District; bounded on
southward by Ross' Creek, on the
south-eastward by the McKenzie
Country Road, on the north-eastward
by a line at right angles to said Road,
drawn from a point thereon, situate
about 37 chains south-west of the
northernmost corner of Reserve No.
1844 (in red); and on the north-
westward by a line at right angles to
the north-eastern boundary so as to
include the above quantity. For
Planting purposes.

No. 1848 (in red), 33 acres more or less,
situate in the Waitangi District,
being that portion of the Island in
the Waihao river, lying to the west-
ward of the road forming the western
boundary of section 19238—subject
to the continuation of the road sepa-
rating sections Nos. 3819 and 3820.
For Planting purposes.

No. 1849 (in red), 23 acres, more or less,
situate in the Timaru District,
bounded on the northward and east-
ward by the River Kakahu; on the
southward by the said River, and
also by the road forming the northern
boundary of section 19626, and on
the westward by sections Nos. 14953
and 14331—subject to the continua-
tion of the road forming the north-
eastern boundary of section 19058.
For Planting purposes.

No. 1850 (in red), 10 acres, more or less,
situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the north-westward by
the Carleton Road; on the south-
westward by the road forming the
north-eastern boundary of section
20625; on the south-eastward by a
line parallel to and 13 chains distant
from the north-western boundary;
and on the north-eastward by a line
at right angles to the first mentioned
road so as to include the above
quantity. Note—The above descrip-
tion includes a portion of I.P.R.L. on
Run No. 223, Class 2. For a Gravel
Pit.
