NOTICE.

EDUCATION RATE, 1874.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has in accordance with Section 56 of "The Education Ordinance, 1873," appointed

JAMES MCKENZIE

as the person to whom the annual sums payable under the 55th Section of the said Ordinance, in the LeBon's Bay District, shall be paid on or before the 1st August next, and that he has fixed the Collector's residence as the place at which such payment shall be made.
