as the person to whom the said rate shall
be paid.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the
partnership lately subsisting between
us, the undersigned, Philip Henderson
Russell and William Newton, as Sheep
Farmers, at Otipua and Sawdon Stations,
in the District of Timaru, Canterbury, New
Zealand, under the style or firm of "Russell
and Newton," was this day dissolved by
mutual consent; and that all debts due or
owing to or by the late firm will be received
and paid by the said Philip Henderson
Russell.

As witness our hands, this 19th day of
July, 1873.
