✨ Education Rate Collection Authorisation
WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury,
in pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Education Ordinance, 1871, Amendment Ordinance, 1872, No. 2," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby authorise the undermentioned persons on and after the 16th of July, 1873, to sue in the name of the Superintendent for the payment of the rates due under the provisions of the 64th Clause of "The Education Ordinance, 1871," in the several Educational Districts set opposite to their names.
Given under my hand at Christchurch, this thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
