PROCLAMATION.
I WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, by virtue of the powers in me vested by "The Dog Nuisance Ordinance, Session XVII., No. 3," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint
PATRICK O’SHANNASSY
to be a person duly authorised to register dogs; and in pursuance of the powers vested in me by "The Dog Nuisance Amendment Ordinance, 1862," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby proclaim and declare that Dunsandel, in the Selwyn District of the Province aforesaid, shall be a place at which dogs may be registered.
Given under my hand at Christchurch, this seventh day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.
