All that tract of land, three chains wide, the centre line commencing at the intersection of the centre line of the Old Railway Reserve, passing through the Ashburton Township by the northern side of the road forming the northern boundary of section No. 10092;
thence north-easterly following a straight line at an angle of 173 deg. 53 min. with the said line of Old Railway Reserve a distance fifteen miles sixty-two chains seventy links; thence northerly following a curve of one mile radius a distance of seventeen chains seventy-six links on the curve; thence following a straight line, being the continuation of the centre line of the railway bridge to the south bank of the Rakaia river. Subject, nevertheless, to reserves Nos. 174 and 264, and also to sections Nos. 5732 and 6128. | For a line of railway.

1451 | 5 0 0 | Situate in the Christchurch District, bounded on the south-west by the road forming the south-west boundary of 5194; on the south-east by the road passing through I.P.R.o. on run 37A; on the north-west by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the south-east boundary; and on the north-east by a line at right angles to the south-east boundary to include the required quantity: this reserve is within I.P.R.o. on run 37A. | For a gravel pit.

1452 | 5 0 0 | Situate in the Christchurch District, bounded on the southward by the road forming the northern boundary of 14947; on the south-east by the continuation of the road forming the eastern boundary of 12593; on the northward by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the southern boundary and on the westward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary to include the required quantity; the above is partly within I.P.R.o. on run 37. | For a gravel pit.

1455 | 5 0 0 | Situate in the Upper Christchurch District, having five chains frontage to the road forming the north-west boundary of 9153 and extending back south-easterly ten chains in a rectangular block: the northernmost corner of this reserve is situate at the junction of the before-mentioned road with Newton’s and Coal Tramway Road. | For a gravel pit.
