PUBLIC NOTICE.
His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that all Tracks as laid down on the authenticated Maps in the Land Office, shall be deemed to be roads; and further, that all Roads and Tracks shall constitute frontages for the purpose of selection, in terms of the 36th Clause of the Land Regulations of the Province of Canterbury.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that a Writ for an Election to be held for the return of a person to serve in the Provincial Council as Member for the Sefton District, has been returned to him with the endorsement that

has been duly elected.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified, that the Provincial Government Offices will be closed on Good Friday, on Saturday, the 12th instant, and on Easter Monday and Tuesday; also that there will be no sitting of the Waste Lands Board on Easter Monday, the 14th instant.
