No. 1536, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the north-east by the Coal Road, for a distance of five chains, and extending south-westerly ten chains in a rectangular block north-west of and adjoining section 15744.

No. 1538, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, having five chains frontage to the Racecourse Hill Road, and extending back southerly ten chains in a rectangular block; this reserve is situate about 103 chains west of the intersection of the Coal Tramway Reserve by the road above-mentioned.

No. 1539, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the north-east by the Coal Tramway Reserve; on the north-west by the Racecourse Hill and Blackhouse Road; on the south-east by a line parallel to and ten chains distant from the north-west boundary; and on the south-west by a line at right angles to north-west boundary, to include the required quantity.

No. 1540, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Upper Christchurch District, bounded on the north-west by the Racecourse, Hill and Blackhouse Road; on the southward by the Racecourse Hill Road; and on the eastward by a line at right angles to latter road, to include the required quantity.

No. 1541, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Rakaia District; to include the site of the present gravel pit at Fighting Hill, and abutting on the north side of the road about half-a-mile from Snowdon.
