PROCLAMATION.
I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in virtue of the powers in me vested, do hereby proclaim and declare that I have assented, on behalf of the Governor, to the following Bills passed by the Provincial Council, viz.:
"The Diversion of Roads Special Ordinance, No. 6, 1872."
"The Public Domains Ordinance, 1872."
"The Canterbury Roads Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1872."
"The Appropriation Ordinance, 1872-73."
and that I have reserved for the signification of His Excellency’s pleasure thereon,
"The Reserve, No. 424, Ordinance."
Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this 24th day of December, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.
