PURSUANT to the provisions of "The Auctioneers’ Ordinance, Session III., No. 8," I hereby give notice that the undermentioned person has taken out an Auctioneer’s Licence for the period ending 30th June, 1872:—

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves temporarily, under the 19th Clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:
No. 1331, in red.—Ten acres, more or less, situate in the Malvern district, bounded on the southward by the road forming the southern boundary of section 14667; on the westward by that section; on the northward by section 14666; and on the eastward by a line at right angles to said road, so as to contain the above quantity—For a Railway Station.
No. 1332, in red.—All that tract of land three chains wide, the centre line of which commences near the junction of the Selwyn and Waimakariri Road with the Coal Tramway reserve; thence running in a westerly direction crossing the rivers Hawkins and Waimakaririto section 12778, thence following a line passing through that section and sections numbered 3717, 328, 14582, 14179, 14154, and 3855, to the precipice on the western side of the latter section, save and except the land purchased and finally reserved to date—For branch line of Railway to Malvern via Homebush.
No. 1333, in red.—All that tract of land two chains wide, commencing at the westernmost corner of section 4706, the same being the junction of the north-eastern side of the Racecourse Hill and Kowai Road with the south-western side of the Coal Tramway reserve; thence south-easterly following the said road a distance of about seven miles, thirty-three chains; thence easterly following a curve of forty chains radius until it meets the Homebush branch line of railway; being bounded on the south-eastward by the said branch line; on the north-westward by the Coal Tramway reserve; and on the north-eastward by lines two chains distant from and parallel to the north-eastern side of the Racecourse Hill and Kowai Road before mentioned, save and except the land purchased and finally reserved to date.
No. 1334, in red.—Also, all that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement, four acres, more or less, bounded on the northward by the branch line of railway by Racecourse Hill; on the southward by the other branch line via Homebush; and on the westward by the Racecourse Hill and Kowai Road—For branch line of Railway, forming junction with Coal Tramway reserve, and branch line of Railway to Malvern via Racecourse Hill.
