Alexander Smithe
to be a member of the Burke’s Pass Cemetery Board, vice J. B. Wareing, resigned; also, that he has appointed

Melville Gray, and
Thomas Winter

to be members of the said Board.

James Callender
to be the Collector of the Immigration Debt of the Province.

HIS Honor the Deputy-Superintendent directs it to be notified that, in pursuance of the powers vested in him, he has appointed

John Foster
as the person to whom the annual sum payable under Section 64 of “The Education Ordinance, 1871,” shall be paid for the East Oxford District.

The said sum shall be payable at Captain Foster’s residence on or before Wednesday, the 20th November, 1872.
