Situate in the Timaru District, bounded on the westward by the road forming the south-western boundary of section 13,666; on the southward by a line drawn at right angles to said road from a point thereon, situate about 42 chains in a direct line north-west of the westernmost corner of the aforesaid section 13,666; on the northward by a line parallel to the southern boundary, and ten chains distant therefrom; and on the eastward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, so as to contain the above quantity, and cover the stone at Stony Point at the entrance into the Pleasant Valley.
