SCHEDULE

1st Column.

All that piece or parcel of land being part of rural section No. 32 containing by admeasurement twenty-five perches more or less commencing at a point on the northern boundary of the said section 19 chains 2 links from the north-western corner thereof thence south-westerly at a right angle with the said northern boundary a distance of 3 chains 20 links thence south-easterly at an angle of 90Β° a distance of 55 links thence following a line parallel to the north-west boundary hereinbefore described a distance of 3 chains twenty-five links to the aforesaid northern boundary of section No. 32 and from thence returning along the same a distance of 50 links to the commencing point.

All that piece or parcel of land being part of rural section No. 32 containing by admeasurement 16 perches more or less commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the said section 13 chains 84 links from the westernmost corner thereof thence following the said boundary south-easterly a distance of 50 links and running back north-easterly a distance of one chain ninety-eight links in a rectangular block.

All that piece or parcel of land being part of rural section No. 20 containing by admeasurement two roods and twenty-five perches more or less bounded on the north-eastward by section No. 32 on the south-westward by section No. 37 on the north-westward by a straight line 13 chains 13 links in length drawn from a point on the south-western boundary of section 32 18 chains 84 links from the westernmost corner thereof to a point on the north-eastern boundary of section 37 situate 23 chains 91 links from the northernmost corner of the latter section and on the south-eastward by a line parallel to the north-western boundary and 50 links distant therefrom.

All that piece or parcel of land being part of rural section No. 37 containing by admeasurement two roods and twenty-six perches more or less bounded on the north-eastward by section No. 20 on the south-westward by section No. 96 on the north-westward by a straight line 13 chains 29 links in length drawn from a point on the south-western boundary of section 37 aforesaid 28 chains and 5 links from the westernmost corner thereof to a point on the south-western boundary of the before-mentioned section No. 20 situate 23 chains 91 links from its westernmost corner and on the south-eastward by a line parallel to the north-western boundary and 50 links distant therefrom.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement two roods and ten perches more or less being that portion of the river Heathcote road twenty-five feet wide bounded on the north-eastward by the Ferry road on the north-westward by rural section No. 32 on the south-eastward by the river Heathcote and on the south-westward by a line in continuation of the south-western boundary of the aforesaid section No. 32.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement one rood and thirty-six perches more or less being that portion of the river Heathcote road 25 feet wide bounded on the north-eastward and south-westward by lines respectively in continuation of the north-eastern and south-western boundaries of rural section No. 20 on the north-westward by that section and on the south-eastward by the river Heathcote.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement one rood and thirty-six perches more or less being that portion of the river Heathcote road 25 feet wide bounded on the north-eastward and south-westward by lines respectively in continuation of the north-eastern and south-western boundaries of rural section No. 37 on the north-westward by that section and on the south-eastward by the river Heathcote.
