It is now highly desirable that certain regulations should be made as to the hours of calling the roll, and as to taking the average of daily attendance.
Added to this Report are Tabulated Statistics adapted to the requirements of the general government in former years.
A List has been prepared of children commended for good conduct and diligence during the year.
An Abstract has been made from the above list of children who have distinguished themselves creditably at each examination, or at several, during the year.
The names in the above list, arranged in order of merit, have been recommended to the Board for rewards.
