PUBLIC NOTICE.

IT is hereby notified that a Regulation, having the following Title, has been passed by the Timaru Borough Council, and is deposited for inspection at the Office of the said Council in Timaru:—

"Regulation No. 7, New Buildings."

"A Regulation of the Council of the Borough of Timaru, under Part Five of the Thirteenth Schedule of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867."

And also to make the following Regulation—namely, That it shall not be lawful to place any Stack of Hay, Unthreshed Corn, Straw, or any other combustible matter (unless properly and securely housed) within one chain of any building (unless by the leave, in writing, of the Council).

BYE-LAW OF THE BOROUGH OF KAIAPOI,

Made in pursuance of Section 181 of “Municipal Corporations Act, 1867.”

THE Council of the Borough of Kaiapoi Ordain, as follows—that is to say—

That 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 Subdivisions (except Provisions 42) of Part I.
Provisions 1, 2, 3, 6 of Subdivision 2 of ... II.
"" 1, 2 of ... V.
"" 1, 2 of ... VII.
Provision 3 of ... IX.
"" 64, 65 of Subdivision 2 of ... X.
are hereby adopted for the said Borough.


DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Co-partnership carried on for some time past, at Christchurch and Kaiapoi, in the Province of Canterbury, by William Newton Milton and Frederick Jenkins, under the style or firm of “The Cam Flax Company,” was this day Dissolved by mutual consent.

As witness the hands of the said parties this first day of June, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-one.
