and with the advice of the Executive Council, do hereby appoint the under-mentioned persons to be Managers of the Cemetery Reserve situate at Pigeon Bay, and numbered 624 (in red) on the Map of the Chief Surveyor of the said Province:—

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following Reserves, temporarily, under the 19th Clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, for Gravel Pits, viz.:—

No. 1802, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Mandeville District, bounded on the south-westward by the Oxford Tram-road; on the north-westward by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of section 8216; and on the north-eastward by a line at right angles to the last-mentioned road, so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1803, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Mandeville District, bounded on the westward by the Waimakariri No. 10 Road; on the south-eastward by the continuation of the road forming the north-western boundary of section 12395; and on the northward by a line at right angles to the western boundary, so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1804, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Mandeville District, having five chains frontage to the northern side of the Eyre Road, and extending north-easterly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block, the north-western boundary being in line with the south-eastern boundary of section 4773.

No. 1805, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Mandeville District, having five chains frontage to the southern side of the Eyre Road, north and extending southerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block, east of and adjoining the road forming the eastern boundary of section 5800.

No. 1306, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Mandeville District, bounded on the northward by the Oxford Tram-road; on the westward by section 8947; on the eastward by I.P.R.K. on run formerly No. 3, Class III; and on the southward by a line at right angles to the western boundary, so as to contain the above quantity.

No. 1311, in red.—Ten acres (more or less), situate in the Rakaia District, having frontage of ten chains to the road forming the northern boundary of reserve No. 916 (in red), and extending southerly a distance of ten chains in a rectangular block, west of and adjoining the reserve above-mentioned.

No. 1312, in red.—Five acres (more or less), situate in the Malvern District, bounded on the southward by the road forming the northern boundary of reserve No. 1074 (in red), on the north-westward by the continuation of the road forming the northern boundary of section 12624, and on the eastward by a line at right angles to the southern boundary, so as to contain the above quantity.
