I, WILLIAM ROLLESTON, Superin-
tendent of the Province of Canter-
bury, in pursuance and exercise of the
powers vested in me by "The Cemetery
Reserves Management Ordinance, 1870,"
and with the advice of the Executive Coun-
cil, do hereby appoint the undermentioned
persons to be Managers of the Cemetery
Reserves situate at Arowhenua, and num-
bered 857 (in red) on the Map of the Chief
Surveyor of the said Province:—

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at the Annual Meeting of Her Majesty’s
Justices of the Peace in and for the Colony of New Zealand, held on TUESDAY,
the 2nd May, 1871, at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Timaru, in pursuance of "The
Public House Ordinance, 1866," and "The Public House Ordinance Amendment Ordinance,
1867," the following Public House Licenses were granted:—
