Road Diversion Ordinance

Be it therefore enacted by the Superintendent of the said Province with the advice and consent of the Provincial Council thereof as follows:

  1. From and after the passing of this Ordinance the Public Road passing over the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto and coloured Green on the Plan hereto annexed shall be closed up and shall cease to be a Public Road.

  2. This Ordinance shall be intituled and may be cited as "The Diversion of Roads Special Ordinance No. 2, 1871."


SCHEDULE.

All that Piece or Parcel of Land one chain wide containing by admeasurement one acre one rood and twenty-four perches more or less being the road separating sections 4477 and 4913 and extending from the intersection of the North Rakaia and Taumutu Junction road by Jollie’s road to the northernmost corner of section 4088 and more particularly delineated and described by the plan hereto annexed and coloured green thereon.
