has been appointed Pound-keeper at the Borough Pound, Timaru, vice Joseph Ellis, resigned.

to be an Inspector under “The Thistle Ordinance, 1866” for the Spreydon Road Board District.

HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed the undermentioned persons to be Inspectors of Slaughter-yards, for the Districts set opposite to their names, viz:—

Sergt. William H. Scott, Waimate.
Sergt. Swedeland E. Houneman, Ashburton.
Sergt. Henry W. Felton, Bealey.
Sergt. George Beatty, Leithfield.
Sergt. Charles Davies, Oxford.
Sergt. John Barlow, Leeston.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between Thomas Wilson and David Wilson, of the Selwyn, in the Province of Canterbury, Blacksmiths, has been dissolved.
