One hundred and fifteen acres, more or less,
situate in the Lyttelton District,
commencing at a point on the road,
the same being the south-western
corner of section 11,599, following the
said road in a south-westerly direction
a distance of about thirty-one chains to
the northernmost corner of section
13,558; thence south-easterly following
the north-eastern boundary of that
section a distance of forty chains;
thence north-easterly at a right angle a
distance of about twenty-two chains
fifty links to another road following the
same in a northerly direction to the
south-eastern corner of the before-
mentioned section 11,559; and from
thence returning along the southern
boundary of that section to the com-
mencing point.

Twenty-five acres, more or less, situate in
the Lyttelton District, commencing at
a point on the north-eastern boundary
of section No. 5129, the same being the
southernmost corner of section No.
5286; following north-easterly along
the north-western boundary of the
latter section to the road forming its
north-east boundary; following that
road south-easterly to the northernmost
corner of section No. 12,128; following
the north-western boundary of that
section a distance of nineteen chains
fifty links to the north-eastern boun-
dary of the before-mentioned section
No. 5129; and from thence returning
north-westerly along that boundary to
the commencing point.

Thirty-seven acres, more or less, situate in
the Lyttelton District, commencing at
a point on the north-eastern boundary
of section No. 5129, the same being the
westernmost corner of section No.
5286; following north-easterly along
the north-western boundary of the
latter section a distance of twenty-six
chains seven links to the road forming
its north-eastern boundary; following
that road north-westerly and south-
westerly to the northernmost corner of
the before-mentioned section No. 5129;
and from thence returning south-
easterly along the north-eastern boun-
dary of that section a distance of six-
teen chains fifteen links to the com-
mencing point.

One hundred and forty-four acres, more
or less, situate in the Lyttelton District,
commencing at a point on the north-
western boundary of section No. 5170,
the same being the southernmost corner
of section No. 2472; thence north-
westerly following the south-western
boundary of the latter section to
McQueen’s road; following that road
southerly to the north-eastern boun-
dary of section No. 1340; thence south-
easterly and south-westerly following
the north-eastern and south-eastern
boundaries of that section to the
southernmost corner thereof; thence
north-easterly following the road form-
ing the north-western boundary of
section No. 5129, to the road branching
northerly from the last-mentioned road,
near the lowest pass, between the port
and the plains, and leading to section
No. 5170; following that road northerly
and south-easterly to the westernmost
corner of section No. 5170 before-
mentioned; and from thence returning
north-easterly along the north-western
boundary of that section a distance of
nineteen chains fourteen links to the
commencing point.

One hundred and ten acres, more or less,
situate in the Lyttelton District,
commencing at a point on the western
side of the road separating sections
5197 and 11,599, the same being the
southernmost corner of I.P.R. b., on
run No. 12; following that road
south-westerly to its junction with
the road forming the north-eastern
boundary of section No. 5286; follow-
ing that road south-westerly to the
eastern side of the road forming part
of the eastern boundary of Reserve
No. 1096, in red; thence northerly
following the last-mentioned road to the
westernmost corner of I.P.R. b., on
run No. 12 before-mentioned; and
from thence returning south-easterly
along the south-western boundary of
the said I.P.R. to the commencing
point.

One hundred and ninety-three acres, more
or less, situate in the Lyttelton
District, commencing at a point on
the road north-west of section No.
18,558, the same being the westernmost
corner of that section; following that
road south-westerly a distance of fifteen
chains to the road forming the north-
eastern boundary of section No. 5286;
thence south-easterly along that road
to the south-western corner of section
No. 12,126; following northerly along
the western boundary of that section
a distance of twenty-two chains eighty
links to the south-eastern boundary of
section No. 12,125; following the
south-eastern, south-western, and north-
western boundaries of that section
distances respectively of fifteen chains
eighty links, five chains, and forty-one
chains to the road running through
the last-mentioned section; thence north-
westerly following that road to the
easternmost corner of Reserve No.
1086, in red; following the south-
eastern boundary of said Reserve to the
easternmost corner of section No.
18,558; and from thence returning
south-westerly and north-westerly along
the south-eastern and south-western
boundaries of that section to the com-
mencing point.
