THE UNDERSIGNED, John Calcott St. Quentin, hereby make application to register “The Pioneer Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every particular, namely:—

The name and style of the Company is “The Pioneer Mining Company, Registered.”

The place of intended operations is at rural section 18,617, in the Ashburton District of the Province of Canterbury.

The nominal capital of the Company is Three Thousand and Thirty Pounds, in Six Hundred and Sixty Shares of Five Pounds each.
