No. 1180, in red.—Fifty-three acres, more
or less, situate in the Ellesmere
District, having frontage of thirteen
chains twenty links to the road
forming the southern boundary of
section 9913, and extending northerly
forty-one chains two links, in a
rectangular block, being bounded on
the northward by section 9451 and
9473; on the westward by Reserve
No. 718; and on the eastward
by the aforesaid section 9913—As an
endowment for the relief of the
Infirm and Aged.
No. 1181, in red.—Fifty-two acres, more
or less, situate in the Ellesmere
District, bounded on the westward
by section 7048; on the northward
by the road north of that section;
on the eastward by section 10854;
and on the south-eastward by section
6982, and a line in continuation of
the north-western boundary thereof
—As an endowment for the relief of
the Infirm and Aged.
No. 1182, in red.—Eight acres, more
or less, situate in the Ellesmere District,
bounded on the northward by a road;
on the westward by the road forming
the eastern boundary of section 9913;
on the southward by section 12497;
and on the eastward by section
10589—As an endowment for a
Lunatic Asylum.
No. 1183, in red.—One hundred acres,
more or less, situate in the Ellesmere
District, bounded on the eastward
by sections 3786 and 11065; on the
northward and westward by the
lagoon; on the south-westward by section
4054, the aforesaid section 3786, and
the River Lee; and on the south-
ward by the Taumutu and Rakaia road—As an endowment for a Lunatic
Asylum.
No. 1184, in red.—Thirty-nine acres,
more or less, situate in the Ellesmere
District, bounded on the northward
by the Tramway Reserve; on the
eastward and north-eastward by section 7855; on
the south-eastward by section 10942;
and on the south-westward by the
Selwyn and Bealey’s road—As an
endowment for the relief of the
Infirm and Aged.
No. 1185, in red.—Thirty-six acres, more
or less, situate in the Ellesmere
District, having frontage of nine
chains to the North Rakaia road, and
running back southerly a
distance of forty chains in a rec-
tangular block, being bounded on
the south-eastward by section 10779
—As an endowment for a Lunatic
Asylum.
No. 1187, in red.—Eighty-one acres, more
or less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the northward by the
River Eyre; on the southward by the
Eyre road south; on the eastward by
a road leading towards section 5108;
and on the westward by a line at right
angles to the first-mentioned road, so
as to contain the above quantity:
subject to roads.—As an endowment
for a Lunatic Asylum.
No. 1188, in red.—Twenty-six acres, more
or less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the northward by the
road along the southern bank of the
River Eyre; on the southward by the
Eyre road south; on the eastward by
section 9623 and a line at right angles
to the latter road, so as to meet the
south-west corner of the said section;
and on the westward by a line at
right angles to the Eyre road south,
before-mentioned, so as to contain
the above quantity—As an endowment for
the relief of the Infirm and Aged.
No. 1189, in red.—Twenty acres, more or
less, situate in the Oxford District,
bounded on the southward by the
Eyre road south; on the northward
by the River Eyre; on the eastward
by Reserve No. 1188, (in red); and
on the westward by a line at right angles
to the aforesaid road, so as to contain
the above quantity: subject to a road
—As an endowment for a Hospital.
No. 1190, in red.—One thousand and fifty
acres, more or less, situate in the Timaru
District, bounded on the south-westward by the River Orari; on the
eastward by the road running through
section 3155; and on the northward
by a straight line at right angles to
the aforesaid road, so as to contain
the above quantity: subject to roads,
and exclusive of freehold land—As an
endowment for the relief of the Infirm
and Aged.
No. 1191, in red.—Nine hundred and fifty
acres, more or less, situate in the
Timaru District, bounded on the
northward by the road north of section
11567; on the eastward by the
continuation of the road forming the
