No. 1097, in red.—One hundred and ten acres, more or less, situate in the Lyttelton District, commencing at a point on the western side of the road separating sections 5197 and 11,599, the same being the southernmost corner of I.P.R.B. on run No. 12; following that road south-westerly to its junction with the road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 5286; following that road south-westerly to the eastern side of the road forming part of the eastern boundary of reserve No. 1096, in red; thence northerly following the last-mentioned road to the westernmost corner of I.P.R.B. on run No. 12 before-mentioned; and from thence returning south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said I.P.R. to the commencing point—For hospital purposes.

No. 1098, in red.—One hundred and ninety-three acres, more or less, situate in the Lyttelton District, commencing at a point on the road north-west of section No. 13,558, the same being the westernmost corner of that section; following that road south-westerly a distance of fifteen chains to the road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 5286; thence south-easterly along that road to the south-western corner of section No. 12,126; following northerly along the western boundary of that section a distance of twenty-two chains eighty links to the south-eastern boundary of section No. 12,125; following the south-eastern, south-western, and north-western boundaries of that section distances respectively of fifteen chains eighty links, five chains and forty-one chains to the road running through the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly following that road to the easternmost corner of reserve No. 1086, in red; following the south-eastern boundary of said reserve to the easternmost corner of section No. 13,558; and from thence returning south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that section to the commencing point—For hospital purposes.

No. 1099, in red.—Two hundred and seventy-seven acres, more or less, situate in the Lyttelton District, commencing at a point on the western side of McQueen’s road, the same being the southernmost corner of section No. 1195; following the south-western boundary of that section a distance of twenty-three chains to the easternmost corner of section No. 2473; following the south-eastern boundary of that section a distance of ten chains; thence at a right angle north-westerly following the south-western boundary of the same section to the south-eastern boundary of H.P.R. on run No. 12; following that boundary south-westerly to the north-eastern boundary of section No. 4191; following along the north-eastern, south-eastern, and south-western boundaries of that section to the easternmost corner of section No. 5128; thence south-westerly at a right angle following the south-eastern boundary of the latter section a distance of twenty-eight chains thirty-six links to the road forming the south-western boundary of that section; following that road south-easterly to the westernmost corner of section No. 5130; thence north-easterly and south-easterly along the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of that section distances respectively of forty chains, and two chains seventy links to McQueen’s road before-mentioned; and from thence returning northerly along that road to the commencing point—For educational purposes.
