ERRATUM.

In the Return of Land in Cultivation, and of the Agricultural Produce thereof, published in the Gazette, No. XIII, dated April 16, 1869, under the heading "in oats," for the figures "15,371" opposite Heathcote District, read "153,741;" and in the General Totals, under the same heading for the figures "575,480," read "718,850."

NOTICE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the General Rules and Regulations under "The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867," that His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson will sit in Court for the despatch of business under the said Act on Tuesdays in every week, at the Supreme Court Chambers, Christchurch, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, unless the Court be otherwise engaged.
