In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,

Canterbury District.

In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts;” and

In the matter of the estate of George Arthur Emilius Ross a debtor; and

In the matter of the petition of Rose Alice Poole a creditor.

FRIDAY the Fifteenth day of November 1867 at a sitting of the Court pursuant to the said Acts and upon reading the petition of the said Rose Alice Poole presented herein on the Fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven and the order made herein on the said Fourth day of October now last past and the affidavit of James Bickerton Fisher sworn herein and filed on the Thirtieth day of October now last past the said debtor being unable to appear by reason of ill-health and upon hearing Mr. Cowlishaw of Counsel for the said petitioner. This Court doth declare the said petitioner’s debt amounting to the sum of Seventy three pounds and Six shillings is duly proved. And that the said debtor is entitled to full relief according to the provisions of the said Acts. And this Court doth appoint James Edwin Graham of the city of Christchurch in the said province Accountant to be the Trustee of the estate and effects of the said debtor and doth order that Edward Smith Wilcocks Esquire the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the Canterbury District do in the name and on behalf of the said debtor cede and deliver convey and assign all the estate and effects of the said debtor at the time of the filing of the said petition to the said James Edwin Graham as such Trustee such conveyance and assignment to be pursuant to the said Acts and to contain all requisite powers for enabling the said James Edwin Graham to recover and receive all debts moneys goods chattels estate and effects in any way belonging to or due and payable to the said debtor upon the trusts with the powers and subject to the conditions requisite for the purpose of selling disposing of getting in and recovering, or otherwise realizing such estate moneys goods chattels and effects and thereout in the first place of payment of all fees payable by law and in the next place of satisfying all costs charges and expenses incurred by order of the Court or incidental to the execution of such trusts and all fees of court and such other sums of money if any as shall be ordered by the Court. And this Court doth further order that in the meantime and until further order of the Court the said debtor and his estate shall be deemed to be protected from arrest execu-
