CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts;" and
In the matter of George Corser Saxton
formerly of the Province of Nelson and
lately of Christchurch in the said district Stockowner a debtor; and
In the matter of the petition of William Mardon of Christchurch in the said
district Gentleman lately trading in
co-partnership with Jeremiah Jones and
Edward McGlashan at Christchurch and
Hokitika under the style or firm of
"Jones McGlashan and Company,"
Commission Agents.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an order
of this Honourable Court made in this
matter on the Sixteenth day of December
instant the hearing of the said petition was
adjourned to Thursday, the Twentieth day
of February next at Eleven o'Clock in the
Forenoon at the Court-house Christchurch.
Dated this 23rd day of January 1868.

abovenamed debtor was adjourned to Thursday
the Twentieth day of February next at
Eleven o'Clock in the forenoon at the Court-
house Christchurch.
