IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
PURSUANT to the provisions of the “Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868,” I do order that, until further order, the Timaru Herald Newspaper be a Gazette for the purposes of the said Act for that part of my Judicial District comprising that portion of the Province of Canterbury lying between the rivers Rangitata and Waitaki, and being the Electoral Districts of Timaru and Gladstone, as the same are described in the Schedule to the “Representation Act, 1865.”
Dated at Christchurch, this 26th day of November, 1868.
