DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore existing between George P. Milsom and Hubert Oram, as Aerated Water Manufacturers, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All moneys due to the late firm to be paid to George P. Milsom.

NOTICE.
DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between William Buss and Frederick John Plat Hepworth, carrying on business at Rangiora, under the style or Firm of “Buss and Hepworth, Auctioneers and Commission Agents,” has this day been dissolved by effluxion of time. The business will in future be carried on by the aforesaid William Buss and Frederick John Plat Hepworth on their own and separate accounts.
All Accounts owing to the above Firm must be paid to Mr. William Buss, on or before Monday, the 7th of September, or proceedings will be taken for their recovery. All accounts owing by the late Firm to be sent in to Mr. Buss, whose receipt shall be a sufficient discharge.

TAKE NOTICE that, within one calendar month after the date hereof, I require you to join with me in the making of the dividing line of the Fence dividing the land now owned by you from that owned by me, viz., Section No. 10120 from Section No. 9475, both in the Ellesmere District (near Railway Station, Selwyn), and that I require such Fence to be of the description numbered 8 in Schedule B. to “The Trespass of Cattle Ordinance,” Session XIV., No. 1; and I further give you notice that, in the event of your neglect or refusal to comply with the terms of this notice, I shall, at the expiration thereof, proceed to the making of the said Fence in the terms of “The Fencing Ordinance, 1866,” and seek to recover from you a moiety of the cost thereof.
