WHEREAS a Conditional Licence under the “Public House Ordinance, 1866,” granted to William Power for a house, situate at the Bealey, was not applied for on or before the 1st July instant, I hereby give notice that the Licence has been withheld, and referred to the Superintendent, according to Clause 18 of the said Ordinance.

John Tetley and Stephen Hooper,
in the trade or business as Butchers, carried on in High Street, Christchurch, Canterbury, under the style or firm of Tetley and Hooper, has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts owing by and to the said partnership will be paid and received by John Tetley or Stephen Hooper.
