His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following reserve, temporarily, under the 19th clause of the Waste Lands Regulations, viz.:—One hundred and fifty acres, more or less, situate in the Waitangi District, bounded on the northward by the road forming the southern boundary of Section 3790, on the eastward by the Beach Reserve, on the westward by Section 12,373, and on the southward by a line in continuation of the southern boundary of the latter section,

NOTICE.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undermentioned Pasturage Licenses, not having been renewed by payment of the requisite rent on or before the 1st of May, last, will, in pursuance of clause 9 of “The Waste Lands Board Appeal Act, 1867,” cease and determine, if the rent payable in respect thereof, together with a sum of one shilling for every pound of rent due for each month, or fraction of a month, during which such rent shall be in arrear, shall not be paid to the Waste Lands Board by the respective licensees on or before the 1st day of August, 1868.
