PUBLIC NOTICE.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the Public Offices will be closed on Good Friday; on Saturday the 11th inst.; and on Easter Monday and Tuesday; with the exception of the Treasury, which Office will be open for payments on Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon.

His Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that the appointments of the undermentioned persons as Inspectors under “The Thistle Ordinance, 1866,” have ceased:-

  • Thomas Arnold,
  • Benjamin Jeffs,
  • Henry Lough, Jun.,
  • C. J. Wentworth Cookson,
  • Samuel D. Glyde.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned at Long Beach, Ashburton, in the Province of Canterbury, as Stock-owners and Graziers, under the firm of “Templet and Campbell,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.

All debts due to the late firm, must be paid to Mr Templet, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge for the same, and who will satisfy all liabilities of the late firm.

Dated at Christchurch, in the Province aforesaid, this seventh day of April, 1868.
