IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
WESTLAND DISTRICT.
In the matter of the “Debtors and Creditors Acts;” and
In the matter of the petition of John Brown of Hokitika Builder a debtor not in custody.
TAKE NOTICE that the above-named petitioner has filed his petition for relief under the above Acts, and the Court has appointed Tuesday, the Seventeenth day of March, 1868, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Hokitika, for the hearing thereof, at which time and place all persons concerned are to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between us, the undersigned Charles Cook and John Valentine Ross, as Chemists and Druggists, at Christchurch and Timaru, in Province of Canterbury, under the style or firm of “Cook and Ross,” was, on the thirtieth day of November last, dissolved by mutual consent.
As witness our hands, this fifth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
