IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts 1862 and 1865;" and
Re Thomas Dawson Triphook of the Ellesmere District Surveyor a debtor; and
Re William Frederick Moore of Christchurch Civil Engineer a debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estates and effects of the above named debtors were sequestrated by order of His Honor

Mr. Justice Gresson on the Twenty-eighth day of January last and James Edwin Graham of Christchurch Inspector in Bankruptcy was appointed Receiver under the said Acts and the Twentieth day of February instant at eleven o’clock in the forenoon was appointed for the hearing of the aforesaid debtors’ petitions at the Court House Christchurch and such orders were declared to be vesting orders pursuant to section 8 of the said "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."
