PUBLIC NOTICE.
HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that on the First of April next the Reserves of Timber on Banks Peninsula, numbered 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 239, 241, and 242, will cease to be so reserved, pursuant to a Resolution of the Provincial Council, Sess. XXVI, in accordance with Clause 21 of the Waste Lands Regulations.
