In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts."
NOTICE is hereby given that by several orders of the Supreme Court the estates and effects of the undermentioned petitioning debtors have been sequestrated and vested in James Edwin Graham Esq. of Christchurch Inspector in Bankruptcy and Friday the Fifteenth day of November next is appointed for the hearing of the petitions of the said debtors and for proofs of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch at eleven o’clock in the forenoon:
John Frederic Ballard of South Town Belt next Christchurch Accountant and Commission Agent; and
Henry Thornton and John Potter of Christchurch Stone Masons trading under the name of "Thornton and Potter."
Also the undermentioned estates vested in Frederic Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch Accountant:
William Grant of Springs Track Horse Dealer and Farmer; and
James Crawford of Fendal Town Civil Engineer;
whose petitions will be heard on the above named Fifteenth day of November at eleven o’clock in the forenoon at the Court House as aforesaid.

TAKE NOTICE that the Court has appointed Tuesday, the Twenty-sixth day of November, 1867, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Hokitika, for hearing the above Petitions.
