NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honourable Court, made in this matter on the Thirtieth day of September last, the hearing of the petition of the abovenamed debtor was adjourned to Friday, the Fifteenth day of November next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Seventeenth day of September instant on a petition filed in this Honourable Court in pursuance of the abovenamed Acts and Friday the Fifteenth day of November next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to Section 8 of the "Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865."
Dated this 27th day of September 1867.
