In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts;"

In the matter of the Estate of George Oram of Christchurch in the Province of Canterbury Hotel-keeper a debtor;
and
In the matter of the Petition of the said debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand bearing date the Thirteenth day of September last past the estate and effects of the above named debtor were sequestrated and Friday the Fifteenth day of November next at eleven o’clock in the forenoon was appointed for the hearing of the said petition and the proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch.

PROCLAMATION.
WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers delegated to me under the provisions of "The Gold Fields Act, 1866," do hereby notify that the Track known as Card’s Track, commencing at Messrs. Card’s Lower Store on the New River, and running, in an easterly direction for about 13 miles, to Messrs. Card’s Upper Store on Liverpool Bill’s Gully, is open for public traffic, and that Tolls may be levied by Messrs. Card for the period of twelve months from the date hereof, at rates not exceeding the undermentioned sums:—

For every horse or other beast of burden ... 2 6
For every head of cattle ... 2 6
Horses ridden by Government Officers free.
Given under my hand, at Christchurch, this Fourteenth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

PROCLAMATION.
WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers delegated to me under the provisions of "The Gold Fields Act, 1866," do hereby notify that the Track recently formed by James Craig, commencing at the beach on the north side of the Mikonui River, and running for a distance of about twelve chains to the ford across the said river, is open for public traffic, and that Tolls may be levied by James Craig, for the period of twelve months from the date hereof, at rates not exceeding the undermentioned sums:—

For every vehicle drawn by one horse ... 2 0
For every extra horse to the vehicle ... 0 6
Horses ridden by Government Officers free.
