DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hereto subsisting between George Duncan Lockhart and William Henry Barry, as Commission Agents, under the style or firm of “G. D. Lockhart and Co.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the Third day of August instant.
All accounts due to or from the late firm will be settled with or by the said George Duncan Lockhart.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Court hath appointed Monday, the Thirtieth day of September instant, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Christchurch, for the hearing of the said petition and for the proofs of debts and claims of creditors, when a deed of composition will be presented for the approval of the Court.
