PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS on the Nineteenth day of July, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, the Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury did prorogue the Provincial Council of the said Province till the Nineteenth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven, and the said Provincial Council did stand prorogued accordingly:
Now, therefore, I, WILLIAM SEFTON MOORHOUSE, Superintendent of the Province of Canterbury, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby further prorogue the said Provincial Council until Friday, the Eighth day of November next.
Given under my hand, this Ninth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.

No. 857, in red.—Five acres, more or less, situate in the Town of Arowhenua, being bounded on the southward by High Street, on the northward by the Taumata-kahu Creek, on the west by a line in continuation of the western boundary of section 3154, and on the eastward by a line at right angles to the aforesaid street, so as to include the above quantity — For a public Cemetery.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership heretofore existing between us as Hotel-keepers and Agents, under the firm of Slee and Dilloway, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All accounts owing to the late partnership must be paid to Mr. John Dilloway, junior, whose receipt will be a sufficient discharge for the same.
Mr. John Dilloway, junior, will pay debts owing by the late partnership.
