NOTICE.

In the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
Canterbury District.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts;"

His Honor Henry Barnes Gresson, Esq., the Judge presiding in this Honorable Court, has appointed that the Court shall sit, for the despatch of business accruing under the provisions of the above mentioned Acts, at the Court-house, Christchurch, on Monday, the Twenty-sixth day of August next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon.

I, the undersigned, William Faler, hereby make application to register the "Ross Extended Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

The name of the Company is "The Ross Extended Gold Mining Company, registered."
The place of operations is at Ross.
The nominal capital of the Company is Three thousand pounds, in forty shares of Seventy-five pounds each.
The amount already paid up is One hundred pounds.
The name of the Manager is William Faler.
The office of the Company is on the Company’s Claim.
The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
