Re Spencer Arthur Perceval of Leithfield in the Province of Canterbury Gentleman a debtor not in custody.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an order of this Honorable Court made the Twenty-sixth day of July last the estate and effects of the above named debtor were sequestrated and Frederick Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch in the Province of Canterbury aforesaid Accountant was appointed Receiver under the said Acts and the Twenty-sixth day of August instant at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon was appointed as the time and place for the hearing of the petition of the said debtor and the said order was thereby declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”

In the matter of Frederick William Eicke of Christchurch in the said District Auctioneer a debtor.

NOTICE is hereby given that the estate of the above mentioned debtor has been sequestrated by order of His Honor Mr. Justice Gresson made on the Thirtieth day of July last on a petition filed in this Honorable Court in pursuance of the above named Acts and Monday the Twenty-sixth day of August instant at eleven o’clock in the forenoon has been appointed for the hearing of such petition at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid and such order was declared to be a vesting order pursuant to section 8 of the “Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1865.”
