TAKE notice that the above named peti-
tioner has presented and filed his
petition for sequestration of his estate and
for relief under the above Acts and that the
said petition has been accepted by His
Honor the Judge who has appointed the
Eighth day of February in the year of our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-
seven at ten o'clock in the forenoon at the
Supreme Court House Hokitika for the
hearing of the said petition at which time
and place all parties concerned are to
attend.
