HIS Honor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that, in pursuance of the powers vested in him by “The Public House Ordinance, 1866,” he has granted Conditional Licenses to the undermentioned persons; viz.:—

  • William Kentish McLean, Heathcote Valley.
  • Samuel Treleaven, North Road.
  • William Power, Bealey.
  • Benjamin Packwood, Rangiora.
  • Friedrich Luers, Oxford.
  • David Fisher, Oxford.
  • John Leo, Oxford.
  • Ross and Forbes, Weka Pass.
  • John Fowler, Cass River.
  • Edmund Shakespeare, Halswell.
  • Edward Clement Rogers, Tekapo Ferry.

NOTICE

IN accordance with the provisions of Clause 18 of “The Public House Ordinance, 1866,” the Conditional License granted at the Annual Licensing Meeting to Jonathan Batterby, has been withheld, and referred to His Honor the Superintendent.
